Monastery Tavern
The Monastery Tavern was established in 2017 as a smaller venue in the Baroque Granary, which also houses the Břevnov Monastery information centre.
It serves as an informal place for a quick meal while easing demand on our Klášterní šenk Restaurant. This venue has no table service – your order will always be handled directly at the bar, including payment. Local beer from the Břevnov Monastery Brewery of St. Adalbert is available on tap, along with a selection of small snacks. The ideal stop during a walk through the grounds or on the way to a concert or mass.

How do I get to the tavern and where can I park?
The pub is a few minutes’ walk from the tram and bus stops. Trams 22 and 25, Břevnov Monastery stop.
You can park in the parking lot in front of the monastery for 3 hours with a parking disc.
Once you enter the grounds, follow the directional signs, or ask for assistance at the information center or the front desk of the Adalbert Hotel.
